What We Do
Plot Drainage Systems
Full storm water drainage layouts for new build plots. Perforated pipe runs, inspection chambers, fall calculations and connection to soakaway or adoptable sewer. Groundworks and drainage for new build homes executed to NHBC standard.
Foundation Preparation
Bulk excavation, reduced levels, compacted hardcore sub-bases and blinded concrete to formation level. Compliant with building regulations and NHBC Chapter 4.
Concrete Pours & Shuttering
Strip foundations, pad foundations and ground-bearing slabs. Shuttering erected and struck to specification with correct cover to reinforcement throughout.
Utility Pipe-Laying
Duct and service pipe installation for water, electric, gas and drainage. Correct bedding, haunching and cover depths to Building Regulations Approved Document H.
