This site is operated by Jackson's Landscaping, Drainage & Groundworks ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.
What we collect
Contact form. When you request a quote, we collect the name, phone number, email address, location and project details you provide, so Jackson can reply to your enquiry.
WhatsApp / phone / email links. Clicking these opens WhatsApp, your dialler or your email client. Any details you then send are handled by WhatsApp (Meta), your phone carrier or your email provider under their own privacy policies.
Site analytics. With your consent (via the cookie banner), we may load Google Tag Manager and analytics cookies to understand aggregated visitor behaviour — pages viewed, device type and referring source. You can reject these at any time.
Why we use it
- To respond to quote enquiries and arrange site surveys.
- To maintain records of jobs quoted, agreed and completed.
- To improve the website's content and performance.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails and project records are kept for as long as needed to service the enquiry and meet UK legal and tax obligations, then deleted.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run the business (email, hosting, analytics), and only where required by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email jacksonscottwhaite@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month.
